  • I thought you guys only did residential?

    We hear this often because many potential commercial clients receive our residential promotions at home.  They naturally assume that's all we do.  However, this is far from the truth.  We have a completely separate commercial division providing repair service and equipment replacement to businesses in VA, DC, and MD.  Once you experience Vernon Commercial our clients often say, "I wish I had known this sooner!"
  • What if I have an emergency during off-hours?

    Vernon's staff is commited to providing exceptional customer service, even in the middle of the night.  We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays) to meet all your heating and air conditioning needs.  Our ability to respond quickly to your emergencies separates us from many of our competitors.
  • We have engineers on site what is the purpose of having a maintenance contract with your company?

    With all due respect our technicians are highly trained on all equipment manufacturers. The goal of good maintenance is to spot issues long before they become an expensive repair.  Vernon technicians are extremely regimented in their maintenance tasking processes to ensure that all of your equipment receives the same level of service. 
  • Our equipment is only two years old why do I need a service contract?

    Just like a new car there is scheduled maintenance that must be performed during even the first year of operation.  Commercial equipment is exposed to harsh environmental elements that chip away at efficiency levels unless corrective maintenance is performed. Great maintenance is not an expense, it's an investment that pays dividends!
