Comfort Guarantee: We promise you will be comfortable with the system we design and install in your home. You can expect a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus one degree at your digital thermostat whether heating or cooling your home. If the programmed temperature is not achieved, we will make any upgrades, modifications, or repairs necessary to reach the design temperature at no charge to you for a period of five years (as long as you invest in and keep your Club Membership current). System must be maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals.
Workmanship Guarantee: Unlike most companies where technicians perform a myriad of roles (such as maintenance, repairs, and an occasional installation), at Vernon you’ll get a certified Specialist who installs systems like yours every day. Your system will be set-up right the first time and more likely to perform trouble-free for years to come.
White Glove Guarantee: We go to great lengths to keep things neat and clean in your home by using drop cloths, carpet runners, and shoe covers. We guarantee to leave your home cleaner than when we arrived, or we’ll arrange for a service to clean your home in its entirety.
Service Guarantee: We know it can be frustrating when you invest in a new system and something goes wrong. Although we have taken every step to minimize this risk, rest assured if you do require service your call will be dispatched 7 days a week to include, nights, weekends, and holidays. We never close!
Hotel Guarantee: If your system breaks down during the first two years of operation and leaves you without heating or cooling, and we fail to get it fixed within 24 hours of your call, we’ll put you up in a hotel of your choice until we have your system running correctly ($500 maximum, not redeemable as cash).
“No Lemon” Guarantee: Not every manufactured piece of equipment performs perfectly 100% of the time. However, when you invest with Vernon you will receive a “No Lemon” guarantee on your installation. Simply stated, as long as you invest in and keep your Club Membership current the following guarantees apply: If the compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump fails twice in the first five (5) years we will install a new outdoor unit of comparable value. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten (10) years, we will install a new comparable furnace. If you have ever experienced a “lemon” before you can now relax knowing this will not happen at Vernon.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Vernon Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. accepts full responsibility for the system provided by us and paid for by you. If we don’t live up to our promises and fail to meet your expectations, we will remove the system (with a 30 day written notice) and refund 100% of your investment. This money-back guarantee is limited to one year from the original installation date. (Homes in financial distress excluded).
Lowest Price Guarantee: In this industry it’s far too easy to cut corners and price things for less. You need to be sure of what’s included and not included when you choose a heating and cooling contractor for your home. Vernon Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. promises that you cannot find a Class A licensed contractor (of similar size) with drug-free & background checked employees that will provide you with a comparable installation and with all 10 guarantees in writing for less… or we’ll refund the difference plus $50.00. All we ask for is a published “apples to apples” comparison which lists all company warranties/performance guarantees and that their employees are background checked and drug-free. Your request must be in writing within 10 days of the signing of this document or installation date, whichever is the earliest. The original published “apples to apples” comparison must be included.
Repairs: Repairs will be made without charge to you or the future owner of the system for the length of time specified from the date of installation.
Transferable: If you sell your home the warranty can be transferred to the new owner.
Scheduled Service (Club Membership): As per the manufacturer’s recommendations and policy, scheduled service must be performed on your equipment. Please maintain all records.
Acts of God: Damage resulting from Acts of God is not covered under the warranty.
Exclusions: Excludes routine maintenance such as filters, cleanings, etc. Damage due to alterations from work performed by other parties, misuse, or neglect.
